I Said I'd Never Do It!

I promised myself I would never start a blog, but like most ideas I have nixed with the word never, it has, alas, come to pass. With that being said, it is fitting that I welcome family, friends, and visitors to this site where I will make an effort to organize information about gardening, cooking, raising chickens, and other ideas or projects that may take root as a consequence of my continued pursuit of  learning. I hope the information, anecdotes, and musings will prove interesting, useful, and/or moderately entertaining.
